22nd August: Little Leaves Big Blooms Plant Exchange

We held our very first Plant Exchange this month and would like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported the event, in particular, Caerphilly County Borough Council. We had lots of swaps and everyone that came brought more plants than they left with! We had a variety of plants swapped, from polyanthus to foxgloves to lilies to gunnera! So, we decided to offer the left over plants to anyone popping into the Centre and asking that they donate money to Marie Curie or Dog's Trust. Looking forward to next year's event!

14th June: Peace, Health and Tranquility Day

We held our first PHT Day on the 14th and had a really successful day. We had therapists offering taster sessions in aromatherapy, indian head massage, reflexology, massage, metamorphic technique and auricular acupuncture. During the day we collected charitable donations for the Joshua Foundation.

We were delighted that Carla Burrows, Caerphilly's own Miss Wales hopeful was able to join us and support us in raising money. In total we raised £99.14 for the charity!
