Guy is a qualified teacher, youth worker and life coach, living and working in the Welsh valleys.

His previous experience has encompassed working in sales and the transport industry, before moving to Wales.

Guy is a keen walker, mountain biker, reader and writer, has trained up to a second Dan in Shotokan karate and has recently discovered the delights of kayaking.

Guy believes that we should make the best of what we have for ourselves and for those around us at all times.
