client focused aims are, to...
- Provide a caring, considerate and client focused therapeutic service at all times
- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Ensure that clients receive a value for money service
- Conduct therapy sessions in a professional manner
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness
- Provide services to disabled clients in premises with appropriate access, further to discussion with clients
- Offer the most appropriate and accurate advice to clients as possible
- Attend appointment in a timely manner unless absolutely unavoidable
- Inform clients 24 hours before their appointment of any cancellations
- Ensure that therapeutic treatment is only given when it is safe and appropriate to do so
